Clearing youtube-dl HTTP error 403: forbidden

It’s happened to me a few times now when using the youtube-dl tool where I will get an error saying:

ERROR: unable to download video data: HTTP Error 403: Forbidden

I’m not sure what it means but running the following command seems to clear the issue.

youtube-dl --rm-cache-dir
